The Journey Behind the Bubbles

This business — The Champagne Method — is my dream realized.

It’s the fusion of every chapter I’ve lived: leadership, loss, reinvention, single motherhood, spiritual awakening, and the unapologetic reclamation of joy.

But it wasn’t always easy.

I became a solo parent at a young age, raising my first child alone while running a very loving in-home daycare to support. I’ve walked through seasons where food stamps, medical assistance, and grit held everything together.

Fortunate to be raised in a large, loving family, I also experienced profound loss of loved ones too early — the kind that reshapes your understanding of life, faith, and purpose.

I later married and welcomed two more beautiful children.
Twelve years in, I chose truth over comfort and began again as a single mother.
Today, my three children are extraordinary adults — the greatest reflection of the love and lessons that carried us.

The Turning Point That Changed Everything

In May 2023, I experienced a health crisis — two ambulance rides, two ER visits, and a moment where my heart almost gave out.
It cracked me open in every way.

When I healed, I knew I needed a complete reset.
So I returned to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the place that has always felt like medicine.
There, through sunrise walks, nourishing food, soulful community, and quiet reflection, my body and spirit slowly came back to life.

It was there that The Champagne Method truly took form.

A Life Guided by Intuition — and Airplane Mode

Now, I travel as inspiration calls.
Many of the lessons inside The Secret Life were recorded in Bellevue, Washington and Oceanside Beach, California — each location chosen by intuition, not itinerary.

I follow the whispers.
I say yes to the pull.
And I’m always curious about the next place I’ll be guided to connect, create, and discover.
