My Champagne Story

I’m the founder of The Champagne Method, creator of The Secret Life, and a woman who has learned — through lived experience — how to turn life’s defining moments into clarity, confidence, and connection.

Before my work in love ever became professional, life taught me early. I became a solo parent at a young age, built a living through heart, grit, and community, and learned how resilience, honesty, and self-trust shape everything that follows.

My work in love formally began in 2010 as a professional matchmaker, supporting high-level clients in finding meaningful relationships through offline, organic connection — long before dating apps shaped modern dating. For over 15 years, I guided successful men and women through attraction, boundaries, and embodied connection. That work grew into a thriving matchmaking agency, which I built and later sold for over six figures.

From that foundation, I created 90 Days to Find Love — a practical, grounded program focused on real-world connection and emotional availability.

The Secret Life emerged as a deeper 90-day experience centered on self-trust, intuition, embodiment, and personal truth.

Alongside these core programs, my work has expanded to include The Black Book for matchmakers, The White Book for business owners, and Angel Guidance — intuitive work with my Four Fat Cherubs — and much more still unfolding.

All of this lives under The Champagne Method, a philosophy shaped by leadership, loss, reinvention, single motherhood, and spiritual awakening. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about trusting yourself.

In 2023, a serious health reset slowed everything down and clarified what truly matters. Stepping away from momentum and returning to what sustains life allowed this work to fully land — not as ideas, but as a way of living.

This work blends lived experience, intuition, embodiment, and truth.
